🛠 About Aviona
What is Aviona?
Aviona is a Flight Operations Data Management (FODM) platform that connects operational, technical, and financial information. It helps airlines, operators, and brokers control direct flight costs, compare estimated vs. actual values, and ensure accuracy across every station.
Who uses Aviona?
Airlines and charter operators
Business jet and ACMI providers
Flight brokers and management companies
Ground handling and service partners
Anyone who needs structured cost control or invoice validation can benefit.
Can Aviona be customized?
Yes. Modules, reports, and workflows can be tailored to match each client’s system architecture or business model.
🔍 Audit Service
What is the Aviona Audit Service?
It’s a new module that automatically checks supplier invoices against operational data and airport tariffs.
When the system finds overcharges, Aviona documents them and helps recover the difference.
What kind of invoices can it audit?
Landing, parking, passenger, handling, fuel, and navigation invoices — with more categories (maintenance, catering) coming soon.
How does it detect overbilling?
Aviona matches each invoice line to the actual flight data (date, aircraft, MTOW, passengers) and applies the correct airport or supplier formula.
If billed values exceed those calculations beyond tolerance, the line is flagged.
What happens after an error is found?
You receive a full evidence report. Once a refund or credit note is confirmed, Aviona takes a success-based commission on the recovered amount.
📊 Implementation & Data
What information is required to start?
Fleet details (aircraft type, MTOW, noise class)
Flight schedule and actuals
Supplier invoices (PDF, CSV, or XML)
Optional: specific contract or discount data
How long does setup take?
A pilot setup covering one airline and several stations usually takes 2–4 weeks, depending on data readiness and integration depth.
Does Aviona integrate with other systems?
Yes. APIs and file imports can connect to your ERP, finance, or flight-ops systems for automated data flow.
💰 Pricing & Partnership
How is the Audit Service priced?
Aviona works on a 20% success fee— you only pay when a verified overbilling is recovered.
Can we join a pilot program?
Yes. Selected partners are invited to join the current pilot phase. Participants gain early access, feedback influence, and discounted fees.

🔒 Security & Compliance
How secure is our data?
All information is stored on encrypted, EU-based servers.
Access is controlled by role and every change is timestamped for traceability.
Is our operational data shared with others?
No. Each airline or partner has its own secure data partition. Aviona never shares or sells customer data.
